From a beautiful cook friend of mine, a recipe for a delicious and soft homemade breakfast…enjoy!
250 g of flour
250 g of sugar
170 g of ambient temperature butter
one orange grated skin and its juice
50 ml of milk (two fingers)
1 sachet of baking powder for desserts
Work soft butter with sugar using a fork.
Add the grated skin of the orange, tepid milk, orange juice, eggs, flour, mixing very well between one ingredient and the other one.
Last of all add the baking powder and mix again.
Put the compound in a plumcacke mould lined with parchment paper and bake at 340°F for 45 minutes.
