Nothing gives more satisfaction than home made bread.

I’ve often prepared this delicious bread to comfort friends and it really worked out!

Try it with the best jams or as a toast with ham and cheese. You will love it anyway and you will taste something special coming directly to your heart…Ginger’s guarantee!



500 gr of “0” (fine) flour

200 ml of milk

2 eggs

80 gr of butter

1 cube of yeast (25 g)

1 tsp of sugar

1 and half tsp of fine salt

latex gloves


Heat the milk up until tepid, pour it into a bowl and melt the yeast inside. Add the flour, mix and then add sugar, salt, tepid cubed butter and the eggs.

Help yourself mixing with latex gloves, the knead has to be soft and a bit slick.

Let the knead raise in a bowl covered with plastic foil in a tepid place for 20 minutes. Then put the knead in a plumcake plate covered with parchment paper. Cover again with plastic foil and let it raise for other 30 minutes.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
