Chocolate cake: here a real classic never old fashioned that doesn’t need any presentation. A happiness source ready in 10 minutes…come on gourmands!
200 g of dark chocolate
100 g of butter
200 g of sugar
1 liquor glass of cognac or brandy
2 tbsp of flour
Melt the chocolate in a baine-marie, then remove it from flame and add, in this order and always mixing, butter, then sugar, then flour, then the yoks and cognac.
Add the beaten egg whites until stiff and stir them gently from top to low.
Put parchment paper in a baking pan and put the compound in it. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
Once the cake is tepid put it upside down on a plate, remove parchment paper and dredge with icing sugar.
