Ginger for Breakfast, is my chef alter ego.
I'm Francesca, my designation of origin is the region of Emilia Romagna but my passion for cooking applies to all regions. Puff the pastry, fry the Arancini and refresh the centennial dough, I love to reinterpret traditional dishes, experimenting with recipes giving them my personal touch.
I enjoy cooking in silence using my senses, as is essential for every cook.
Only once the dish is complete , does the meditation slip away and my voice returns, usually to announce the start of the feast.
After many a dish and a lot of wandering Ginger is now based in Parma, in the heart of the Food valley, the birth place of famed foods.
