If we really like chicken it’s better to eat a farmyard one, healthy, grew up without antibiotics and strange animal feeds.
Farmyard chicken really tastes chicken and it has a beautiful intense pink, compact meat. Its natural fats give it a lot of taste and we don’t need to add any oil or butter!
Here an idea to enjoy it in a tasty way: ginger chicken wings in the oven! Incredibly crisp, extremely spicy!
INGREDIENTS x 4 PEOPLE
12 farmyard chicken wings
5 tbsp of bread crumbs
2 tbsp of powder ginger
salt
pepper
chopped parsley to taste
METHOD
Mix in a bowl the bread crumbs with ginger, add salt, pepper and some chopped parsley.
Cut the wings in their meaty part and bread them well. Now put them in the oven at 400°F for about 40 minutes, putting the grill for the last 10 minutes to create a beautiful crisp crust. Serve the wings with some lemon slices to squeeze on top.
You see? It’s done!
