And this is the shortest and the most simple recipe I’ve ever posted…the democracy of joy!
INGREDIENTS
250 g of top quality fondant chocolate
5 top quality eggs
METHOD
Melt chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool and slowly pour the yoks until the compound is creamy.
Beat the eggs whites until foamy and add them to the compound. Mix slowly.
Divide into portions and put in the refrigerator for at least one night.
