Let&#8217;s try it, you will adore it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS x 4 PEOPLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g of 0 flour<\/p>\n<p>25 g of brewer yeast<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp of sugar<\/p>\n<p>90 g of anchovies in oil with their own oil<\/p>\n<p>evo oil to brush<\/p>\n<p>half tsp of salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Break anchovies into pieces and keep them aside with their own oil. Put the flour on a pastry board and put the yeast and the sugar in the center. Slowly add 10 fl.oz of tepid water and start kneeding with the fingers until the yeast is melted. Then add salt and the anchovies, kneed well for 10 minutes and put the dough to rise for 20 minutes into a bowl covered with a plastic foil.<\/p>\n<p>After 20 minutes kneed the dough a little bit more, divide into 8 parts and give the shape of an oval leaf, about the height of the picture here under. Emulsify 4 tbsp of water with 2 tbsp of evo oil and brush the leaves surface.
