Especially in these coming days off and so easy to prepare!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS for a baking pan 10 inch diameter about<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g of amaretto<\/p>\n<p>300 g of potato starch<\/p>\n<p>200 g of sugar<\/p>\n<p>200 g of ambient temperature butter<\/p>\n<p>6 eggs<\/p>\n<p>1 sachet of baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1 small glass of brandy or rum<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can use a mixer to make all the method easier. Knead butter with yoks and add sugar. Add all the other ingredients one per time and mix in between: minced amaretto, potato starch, liqueur, sifted baking powder and foamy egg whites.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the compound in a baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake at 320\u00b0F for 50 minutes. Once the cake is tepid put it on a plate and dust with icing sugar.
