My friends, you will make a good impression on your guests and they will ask you for the recipe&#8230;the proof of the pudding!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><strong> x 4 PEOPLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g of boiled mashed carrots<\/p>\n<p>300 g of boiled mashed cauliflower<\/p>\n<p>3 eggs<\/p>\n<p>50 g of Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>one piece of butter<\/p>\n<p>100 g of ricotta cheese<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>nutmeg to taste<\/p>\n<p>4 dry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>4 little moulds<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boil cauliflower and carrots and blend them separately.
