Trattasi del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selectaspa.it\/it\/partners\/vedi\/99\/Loch-Fyne-il-Salmone-scozzese.html\" target=\"_blank\">salmone affumicato Loch Fyne<\/a> che <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selectaspa.it\/it.html\" target=\"_blank\">Selecta <\/a>mi ha fatto scoprire. E per prima cosa io voglio dire grazie. Perch\u00e8 non ho mai assaggiato un salmone affumicato cos\u00ec e io di salmone me ne intendo perch\u00e8 ne ho mangiato davvero tanto. Il pesce viene lavato con l&#8217;acqua purissima delle Highlands scozzesi, cosparso di sale marino, poco zucchero di canna e poi affumicato con i trucioli del legno delle botti usate per l&#8217;invecchiamento del whisky. Si mettono le scorze in un contenitore di vetro ermetico e si cospargono con tutto l&#8217;alcool. Il tutto deve riposare per 20 giorni al buio e di tanto in tanto va mescolato. Dopo i 20 giorni si aggiunge uno sciroppo &#8211; che avrete fatto raffreddare &#8211; di acqua e zucchero fatto bollire per 5 minuti. Si mescola bene, si filtra e si imbottiglia il tutto. Abbiate pazienza almeno un mese prima di berlo!)<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo ho tagliato la cipolla in fette sottili e l&#8217;ho messa in padella con lo zucchero e poca acqua e fatta cuocere incoperchiata e a fuoco dolcissimo per quasi un&#8217;ora. Ho finito aggiungendo un p\u00f2 di marinata, pepe e&#8230;sono stata felice! Parola di Ginger, di Selecta e di Loch Fyne!<\/p>\n<p>E dato che il prodotto \u00e8 d&#8217;eccellenza, il vino non poteva essere da meno.
