{"id":325,"date":"2012-06-08T07:00:52","date_gmt":"2012-06-08T05:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/Sabloni\/ZigZagWP\/?p=325"},"modified":"2018-04-16T09:25:58","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T07:25:58","slug":"gazpacho-andaluso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/gazpacho-andaluso\/","title":{"rendered":"GAZPACHO ANDALUSO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019estate si avvicina, eccovi allora un\u2019idea diversa per un aperitivo insolito e molto salutare.<br \/>\nNon \u00e8 alcolico, \u00e8 vegetariano, \u00e8 facilissimo da preparare ed \u00e8 gustosissimo.<br \/>\nI vostri ospiti si riconcilieranno finalmente con i cetrioli e scopriranno che non sono destinati solo all\u2019insalata greca\u2026<br \/>\nSignore e signori ecco a voi il Gazpacho Andaluso!<\/p>\n<p>Lo adorerete, parola di Ginger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI <\/strong><br \/>\n600 gr di pomodori \u201cgrappolo\u201d maturi<br \/>\n1 cetriolo<br \/>\n1 cipolla rossa di Tropea<br \/>\n1 peperone verde<br \/>\n\u00bd peperone rosso<br \/>\n1 spicchio d\u2019aglio<br \/>\n100 gr di mollica di pane raffermo<br \/>\n\u00bd bicchiere di aceto di vino bianco o di mele<br \/>\nOlio extravergine di oliva<br \/>\nPepe<br \/>\nSale<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><br \/>\nAmmollate il pane in una ciotola coprendolo con acqua e mezzo bicchiere di aceto.<br \/>\nIntanto spellate e liberate i pomodori dai semi interni (sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 facile eliminare la pelle facendo bollire i pomodori per uno\/due minuti).<br \/>\nPoi tagliateli e strizzateli per eliminare anche i semini pi\u00f9 piccoli; tagliate grossolanamente anche gli altri ingredienti e metteteli in un frullatore dove aggiungerete i peperoni, il cetriolo, la cipolla e l\u2019aglio sbucciati.<br \/>\nAggiungete a filo l&#8217;olio e frullate bene, in modo da ottenere un composto denso e liscio.<br \/>\nUnite il pane strizzato, aggiustate di sale, pepe e aceto (che si deve sentire delicatamente) e frullate di nuovo per qualche secondo.<br \/>\nFate riposare il Gazpacho qualche ora in frigorifero e servitelo freddissimo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTA<\/strong><br \/>\nIl Gazpacho pu\u00f2 essere servito sia come aperitivo sia come antipasto, l\u2019importante \u00e8 che sia freddissimo.<br \/>\nNel caso dell\u2019aperitivo, il gazpacho deve risultare pi\u00f9 liquido quindi pu\u00f2 essere filtrato prima di aggiungere il pane ammollato o allungato con acqua ghiacciata o cubetti di ghiaccio.<br \/>\nNel caso in cui lo serviate come antipasto pu\u00f2 avere una consistenza pi\u00f9 densa.<br \/>\nServitelo in una ciotolina o in un bicchiere tumbler basso con un giro d\u2019olio extra vergine, una macinata di pepe nero fresco e una fogliolina di basilico.<br \/>\nDa sorseggiare direttamente dal bicchiere o con un cucchiaio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019estate si avvicina, eccovi allora un\u2019idea diversa per un aperitivo insolito e molto salutare.
