A voi la scelta!<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>E naturalmente, Buon Natale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) LA SALSA VERDE DI MIA NONNA PER IL BOLLITO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>1 mazzetto di prezzemolo<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d\u2019aglio<\/p>\n<p>aceto di vino bianco qb<\/p>\n<p>olio evo qb<\/p>\n<p>sale qb<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavare e asciugare molto bene il prezzemolo, quindi tritarlo molto finemente insieme all\u2019aglio.<\/p>\n<p>In un pentolino mettere il trito ottenuto, coprirlo con dell\u2019ottimo olio extravergine e aggiungere un po\u2019 d\u2019aceto di vino bianco, secondo i gusti.<\/p>\n<p>Scaldare la salsa fino ad intiepidirla (non deve assolutamente cuocere!) e servire con i bolliti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 deliziosa!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>2) LA SALSA VERDE DEL GAMBERO ROSSO PER LE POLPETTE DI BOLLITO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><strong>INGREDIENTI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>1 mazzetto di prezzemolo<\/p>\n<p>40 g di mollica di pane<\/p>\n<p>1 acciuga sott\u2019olio<\/p>\n<p>1 tuorlo d\u2019uovo sodo<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaio d\u2019aceto di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d\u2019aglio<\/p>\n<p>olio evo<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavare e asciugare molto bene il prezzemolo.<\/p>\n<p>Bagnare la mollica di pane con l\u2019aceto e strizzarla.
