C\u2019\u00e8 un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 di lavoro del solito da fare ma non temete, la ricetta \u00e8 semplice, economica e di sicura riuscita.<\/p>\n<p>Pronti, via! Vi piacer\u00e0, lo so\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI<\/strong><strong> x 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>600 g di petto di pollo ruspante a fettine<\/p>\n<p>500 g di spinaci (o broccoletti per chi sta a Roma)<\/p>\n<p>1 arancia non trattata<\/p>\n<p>2 spicchi d\u2019aglio<\/p>\n<p>2 patate<\/p>\n<p>1 cipolla bianca<\/p>\n<p>sale e pepe qb<\/p>\n<p>olio evo<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Tagliare a piccoli pezzetti patate e cipolle, condirle con olio, sale e pepe, coprirle con un foglio di alluminio e infornarle a 180\u00b0 per circa un\u2019ora.<\/p>\n<p>A met\u00e0 cottura mescolare iniziando a spappolare il composto.
