E questa ricetta \u00e8 la prova.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, se volete fare un tuffo nella gioia dei grassi, che ogni tanto \u00e8 salutare, \u00e8 assai meglio prepararsi da soli questa leccornia peccaminosa piuttosto che comprare le sue rivali al supermercato. Non impallidite, vi prego, alla vista di panna e burro ivi contenuti, necessari a spalmabilit\u00e0 e cremosit\u00e0. Se vi assalgono i dubbi \u201cetici\u201d della linea, leggete l\u2019etichetta della crema-rivale che avete in casa e rassicuratevi: questa \u00e8 una passeggiata di salute.<\/p>\n<p>E va bene anche per i bambini (grandicelli!), proprio cos\u00ec! Come sempre basta scegliere ingredienti di prima qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>E adesso bando alle ciance e spazio al godimento immediato, non vi serviranno pi\u00f9 di 10 minuti per preparare ci\u00f2 che segue.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI (per un barattolo da circa mezzo kilo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>200 g di cioccolato fondente (da 50% in su)<\/p>\n<p>80 g di nocciole tostate intere<\/p>\n<p>50-70 g di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>50 g di burro<\/p>\n<p>100 g di panna fresca<\/p>\n<p>1 dito e mezzo di latte<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparate una pentola per la cottura a bagnomaria.<\/p>\n<p>Nella ciotola che disporrete sopra la pentola mettete a fuoco spento il cioccolato fondente, il burro, la panna e il latte. Accendete il fuoco, che dev\u2019essere dolce.<\/p>\n<p>Tritate molto finemente con un mixer le nocciole insieme allo zucchero in modo che formino una pasta.
