Vi regalo questo primo piatto delizioso e molto semplice da preparare, sotto ragazzi!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI X 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 g di riso superfino (arborio, carnaroli, roma&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>350 g di carne di manzo macinata<\/p>\n<p>250 g di mozzarella a pezzetti<\/p>\n<p>2 uova<\/p>\n<p>qualche cucchiaio di parmigiano reggiano<\/p>\n<p>noce moscata<\/p>\n<p>latte qb<\/p>\n<p>burro qb<\/p>\n<p>pane grattugiato<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rosolare in padella con poco olio la carne macinata fino a farla dorare.<\/p>\n<p>Far semi cuocere il riso, scolarlo umido e unirvi la carne, la mozzarella a pezzetti, il parmigiano, le uova sbattute e la noce moscata.<\/p>\n<p>Trasferire il tutto in una teglia imburrata e cosparsa con il pangrattato, quindi coprire il riso a filo con il latte.
