In entrambi i casi lo adorerete e sentirete un sapore speciale arrivare a scaldarvi il cuore, parola di Ginger!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>500 gr farina tipo 0<\/p>\n<p>200 ml latte<\/p>\n<p>2 uova<\/p>\n<p>80 gr burro<\/p>\n<p>1 cubetto di lievito di birra<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaino di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaino e mezzo di sale fino<\/p>\n<p>guanti di lattice<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scaldare il latte e appena sar\u00e0 tiepido versarlo in una terrina. Far sciogliere il lievito e incorporarvi la farina setacciata.<\/p>\n<p>Amalgamare gli ingredienti e unire quindi lo zucchero, il sale, il burro morbido tagliato a tocchetti e le uova. Aiutarsi a mescolare con i guanti di lattice.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impasto deve risultare omogeneo, lento e scivoloso.<\/p>\n<p>Lasciare lievitare l&#8217;impasto nella terrina coperto da pellicola trasparente in un luogo lontano da correnti d&#8217;aria per 20 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Trascorso questo tempo trasferire l&#8217;impasto in uno stampo a cassetta della capacit\u00e0 di circa 2,5 l imburrato o rivestito di carta forno.<\/p>\n<p>Coprire con pellicola e lasciar lievitare ancora per 30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Infornare in forno precedentemente riscaldato a 180\u00b0 per 45-50 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Sfornate e lasciate intiepidire su una gratella per dolci.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Niente d\u00e0 pi\u00f9 soddisfazione e gioia del pane fatto in casa.
