Ginger vi propone la sua versione emiliana del cuore, naturalmente, che veniva preparata in estate con le verdure dell&#8217;orto. Siate pazienti per\u00f2, questo piatto d\u00e0 il massimo il giorno dopo e guai a riscaldarlo!<\/p>\n<p>E adesso tutti al mercato che si comincia!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI x 4 PAX<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 zucchine (meglio se chiare)<\/p>\n<p>1 cipolla<\/p>\n<p>50 g di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato<\/p>\n<p>1 o 2 uova<\/p>\n<p>3 cucchiai di olio evo<\/p>\n<p>5 cucchiai di pangrattato<\/p>\n<p>1 piccolo pezzo di burro<\/p>\n<p>qb prezzemolo e basilico tritati<\/p>\n<p>qb concentrato di pomodoro<\/p>\n<p>qb sale e pepe<\/p>\n<p>qb noce moscata<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Svuotare le zucchine facendo attenzione a non romperle. Tritare grossolanamente al coltello l&#8217;interno e fare un soffritto con cipolla, prezzemolo e basilico tritati in olio e burro. Salare e aggiungere un p\u00f2 di concentrato di pomodoro e l\u2019interno delle zucchine tritato. Lasciar cuocere a fuoco medio per circa 10-15 minuti per far asciugare l&#8217;acqua delle zucchine, poi spegnere.<\/p>\n<p>Con il tutto ben caldo scottare qualche cucchiaio di pangrattato e unirlo al soffritto. Aggiustare di sale e pepe, aggiungere la noce moscata, 1 uovo (solo se necessario aggiungere il secondo) e il parmigiano.
