Godetevi questa squisitezza dunque!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI per 4 PAX<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg di agnello a pezzi<\/p>\n<p>3 cucchiai di olio extra vergine d\u2019oliva<\/p>\n<p>2 spicchi d\u2019aglio<\/p>\n<p>2 rametti di rosmarino<\/p>\n<p>2 filetti di alici sott\u2019olio<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd bicchiere di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p>1 bicchiere di aceto di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p>sale<\/p>\n<p>pepe<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In una pentola larga (meglio se antiaderente) far dorare lentamente gli spicchi d\u2019aglio in camicia e il rosmarino, poi eliminarli.<\/p>\n<p>Far sciogliere i filetti di alici a fuoco dolce, rialzare nuovamente il fuoco e far rosolare bene l\u2019agnello su tutti i lati.<\/p>\n<p>Sfumare con il vino bianco e far evaporare.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungere poi l\u2019aceto, abbassare la fiamma e coprire con il coperchio.
