Anche i vostri ospiti lo adoreranno&#8230;presto, ai fornelli!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI PER 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pollo ruspante a pezzi<\/p>\n<p>1 cipolla media<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<\/p>\n<p>mezzo bicchiere di salsa di soia<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaino e mezzo di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>2 gemme di anice stellato<\/p>\n<p>pepe in grani<\/p>\n<p>brodo vegetale qb<\/p>\n<p>olio evo<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In una casseruola antiaderente fate rosolare il pollo a fiamma viva senza olio. La pelle rilascer\u00e0 il suo copioso grasso (per questo \u00e8 fondamentale che il pollo sia ruspante). Il pollo deve rosolare per circa 10 minuti, rigiratelo fino a che la pelle sar\u00e0 ben croccante e dorata su tutti i lati. Se volete potrete poi eliminare un p\u00f2 del grasso del pollo.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre il pollo rosola mettete in un pentolino l&#8217;olio, l&#8217;aglio, la cipolla affettata finemente. Fate stufare per qualche istante poi aggiungete qualche grano di pepe, l&#8217;anice stellato, la salsa di soia, lo zucchero e un paio di mestoli di brodo vegetale. Non aggiungete sale!\u00a0 Cuocete a fiamma bassa per una ventina di minuti. Trascorso questo tempo filtrate la salsa per eliminare gli odori e le spezie e versatela sul pollo rosolato.<\/p>\n<p>Abbassate la fiamma e fate cuocere il pollo col coperchio per almeno un&#8217;ora.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta pronto il pollo, toglietelo dalla pentola e addensate la salsa rimasta aggiungendo un cucchiaino di fecola di patate o amido di mais stemperato prima con un p\u00f2 di acqua fredda.
