Ve la propongo in veste di secondo piatto a contrasto con un sapore affumicato. Adorerete questi involtini e vorrete fare il bis!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI PER 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>600 g di fettine di vitello<\/p>\n<p>200 g di pancetta affumicata e fette sottili<\/p>\n<p>450 g di zucca pulita<\/p>\n<p>parmigiano reggiano qb<\/p>\n<p>maggiorana fresca<\/p>\n<p>pepe<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<\/p>\n<p>una cipolla<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 bicchiere di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iniziate tagliando la zucca a listarelle abbastanza sottili.<\/p>\n<p>Componete gli involtini adagiando su ogni fettina di carne una fetta di pancetta affumicata, qualche listarella di zucca, un p\u00f2 di pepe, una spolverata di parmigiano e qualche foglia di maggiorana. Chiudete l&#8217;involtino con un paio di stuzzicadenti.<\/p>\n<p>In una casseruola fate soffriggere nell&#8217;olio l&#8217;aglio in camicia e la cipolla tritata fino a che non sar\u00e0 appassita. Eliminate l&#8217;aglio, aggiungete la zucca tagliata a pezzetti e fate rosolare qualche minuto. Unite gli involtini e fate rosolare anch&#8217;essi a fuoco vivo, sfumate col vino bianco e una volta evaporato lasciate cuocere a fuoco basso e col coperchio per circa 30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta cotti gli involtini eliminate gli stuzzicadenti e teneteli in caldo.
