{"id":2060,"date":"2013-02-21T18:20:05","date_gmt":"2013-02-21T18:20:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=2060"},"modified":"2018-04-15T08:51:33","modified_gmt":"2018-04-15T06:51:33","slug":"lasagne-ai-carciofi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/lasagne-ai-carciofi\/","title":{"rendered":"IL GUSTO DI ESSERE VEGETARIANI ovvero LASAGNE AI CARCIOFI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le lasagne sono sempre un piatto eccezionale e goloso e si prestano a un&#8217;infinit\u00e0 di preparazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco una versione vegetariana da preparare con i meravigliosi carciofi di questo periodo!<\/p>\n<p>Dopo il successo di questo piatto riscosso alla lezione tematica sui carciofi &#8211; chi le ha provate lo sa! &#8211; ecco la ricetta per tutti!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI x 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 carciofi (cimaroli o mammole)<\/p>\n<p>2 spicchi d\u2019aglio<\/p>\n<p>vino bianco qb<\/p>\n<p>prezzemolo qb<\/p>\n<p>sale e pepe qb<\/p>\n<p>noce moscata qb<\/p>\n<p>1 confezione di lasagne<\/p>\n<p>1 l di latte<\/p>\n<p>80 g di burro<\/p>\n<p>100 g di farina<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd l di brodo vegetale (fatto con sedano, carota e cipolla)<\/p>\n<p>parmigiano reggiano qb<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pulite i carciofi eliminando le foglie esterne e le parti coriacee del gambo, tagliateli a met\u00e0 e poi a fettine sottili.<\/p>\n<p>Fateli saltare per qualche minuto a fuoco vivace in una padella dove avrete soffritto un paio di spicchi d\u2019aglio, da rimuovere una volta dorati. Una volta rosolati, sfumate i carciofi con un goccio di vino bianco e fateli cuocere coperti per circa 10-15 minuti. Alla fine scoperchiate e alzate il fuoco per renderli croccanti. Salate, pepate e spolverizzate con un po\u2019 di prezzemolo tritato fresco.<\/p>\n<p>Lasciateli riposare.<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo preparate la besciamella facendo sciogliere il burro a fuoco dolce, aggiungete poi la farina e amalgamate per qualche minuto, poi versate il latte e mescolate continuamente con una frusta fino a che la besciamella non si sia addensata. Salate e aggiungete una bella grattata di noce moscata.<\/p>\n<p>In una teglia coperta di carta forno mettete una cucchiaiata di besciamella, poi le lasagne, i carciofi, la besciamella, il parmigiano grattugiato e cos\u00ec via.<\/p>\n<p>Finite con uno strato di besciamella e parmigiano che dovr\u00e0 gratinare.<\/p>\n<p>Prima di infornare versate il brodo vegetale fino quasi a coprire le lasagne.<\/p>\n<p>Infornate a 180\u00b0 per 30-40 minuti alzando a 200\u00b0 gli ultimi 10 minuti<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le lasagne sono sempre un piatto eccezionale e goloso e si prestano a un&#8217;infinit\u00e0 di preparazioni.
