{"id":1741,"date":"2012-12-17T04:57:15","date_gmt":"2012-12-17T04:57:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=1741"},"modified":"2018-04-16T06:31:05","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T04:31:05","slug":"che-dire-di-piu-ovvero-baccala-alla-vicentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/che-dire-di-piu-ovvero-baccala-alla-vicentina\/","title":{"rendered":"CHE DIRE DI PIU&#8217;? ovvero BACCALA&#8217; ALLA VICENTINA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una ricetta giustamente famosissima per farvi godere del baccal\u00e0 in tutta la sua magnificenza.<\/p>\n<p>Perch\u00e8 non prepararlo per la Vigilia di Natale?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI x 4 PAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>800 g di baccal\u00e0 dissalato<\/p>\n<p>2 cipolle<\/p>\n<p>2 acciughe sotto sale<\/p>\n<p>40 g di parmigiano<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaiata di prezzemolo<\/p>\n<p>4 cucchiai di farina<\/p>\n<p>olio evo qb<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<\/p>\n<p>500 ml di latte<\/p>\n<p>sale e pepe<\/p>\n<p>polenta a fette per accompagnare<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Tagliate il baccal\u00e0 a fette larghe circa 6 cm, eliminate la lisca centrale e spellatele.<\/p>\n<p>Tritate finemente le cipolle e fatele rosolare in padella con qualche cucchiaio di olio evo e aggiungete le acciughe dissalate, l&#8217;aglio che rimuoverete una volta dorato, il prezzemolo tritato, sale e pepe.<\/p>\n<p>Cuocete per 5 minuti e aggiungete il parmigiano mescolando bene.<\/p>\n<p>Infarinate il baccal\u00e0 e farcite l&#8217;interno di ogni fetta (facendo una specie di panino) con il composto preparato.<\/p>\n<p>In una casseruola scaldate qualche cucchiaio di olio evo, aggiungete il baccal\u00e0 e copritelo col composto rimasto.
