{"id":1718,"date":"2012-12-04T11:14:05","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T11:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=1718"},"modified":"2018-04-16T06:47:07","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T04:47:07","slug":"il-sapore-che-non-ti-aspetti-ovvero-marmellata-di-mele-pere-e-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/il-sapore-che-non-ti-aspetti-ovvero-marmellata-di-mele-pere-e-curry\/","title":{"rendered":"IL SAPORE CHE NON TI ASPETTI ovvero MARMELLATA DI MELE, PERE E CURRY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una marmellata deliziosa dal sapore inaspettato per rendere speciale l&#8217;abbinamento con un formaggio stagionato, con le carni bianche, con i bolliti o con un riso basmati.<\/p>\n<p>Provare per credere!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg di mele<\/p>\n<p>300 g di pere<\/p>\n<p>1 cucchiaio di curry<\/p>\n<p>100cc di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p>550 g di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>1 limone<\/p>\n<p>il cuore di un sedano<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sbucciare e tagliare la frutta in piccoli pezzi e metterla in pentola insieme al curry, vino bianco, zucchero, sedano ridotto in piccoli pezzi, al succo e alla scorza grattuggiata del limone.<\/p>\n<p>Fate cuocere a fuoco lento per almeno 3 ore, fino a che non diventa una bella marmellata, e a met\u00e0 cottura frullate il tutto con un mimipimer.<\/p>\n<p>Invasate bollente, chiudete ermeticamente i vasetti e metteteli a testa in gi\u00f9 su un piano di legno.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta raffreddati, avviate il processo di pastorizzazione, inserendo i vasetti coperti d&#8217;acqua in una pentola che porterete a bollore lentamente. Dal bollore lasciate passare circa una ventina di minuti.
