{"id":1665,"date":"2012-11-12T09:17:32","date_gmt":"2012-11-12T09:17:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=1665"},"modified":"2018-04-16T07:13:54","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T05:13:54","slug":"oggi-verza-ovvero-pizza-ripiena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/oggi-verza-ovvero-pizza-ripiena\/","title":{"rendered":"OGGI VERZA! ovvero PIZZA RIPIENA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ecco un modo diverso per utilizzare la verza che finalmente arriva sulle nostre tavole.<\/p>\n<p>Questa pizza ripiena \u00e8 un ottima idea per una cena veloce e diversa, per la merenda della domenica o per un aperitivo.<\/p>\n<p>Dalla tradizione laziale e campana, un modo gustoso per utilizzare qualsiasi verdura!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g di pasta per la pizza<\/p>\n<p>500 g di verza<\/p>\n<p>1 manciata di pinoli<\/p>\n<p>1 manciata di uvetta<\/p>\n<p>1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<\/p>\n<p>2 filetti d&#8217;acciuga sott&#8217;olio<\/p>\n<p>peperoncino a piacere<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In una padella fate imbiondire l&#8217;aglio in camicia leggermente schiacciato, che rimuoverete una volta dorato, e il peperoncino.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungete i filetti d&#8217;acciuga e fateli sciogliere a fuoco basso.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungete la verza tagliata a listarelle e fatela saltare per bene per qualche minuto. Coprite poi con un coperchio e fate cuocere a fuoco medio per 10-15 minuti,<\/p>\n<p>poi scoperchiate per far asciugare l&#8217;acqua che si sar\u00e0 formata.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungete i pinoli tostati a parte e l&#8217;uvetta precedentemente ammollata in acqua fredda. Fate insaporire il tutto per qualche minuto e spegnete il fuoco.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre la verza si intiepidisce stendete la pasta della pizza sottilmente in due dischi e foderate una teglia di circa 24-26 cm di diametro. Sforacchiate la pasta con una forchetta, adagiatevi il ripieno e richiudete con l&#8217;altra sfoglia. Sforacchiate anch&#8217;essa, ungete la superficie di olio e qualche grano di sale grosso.<\/p>\n<p>In forno a 180\u00b0 per 35-40 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Lasciate intiepidire e tagliate a fette.
