{"id":1557,"date":"2012-10-15T13:23:08","date_gmt":"2012-10-15T13:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=1557"},"modified":"2018-04-16T07:45:39","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T05:45:39","slug":"lo-snack-da-borsetta-ovvero-taralli-pugliesi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/lo-snack-da-borsetta-ovvero-taralli-pugliesi\/","title":{"rendered":"LO SNACK DA BORSETTA ovvero TARALLI PUGLIESI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sembra impossibile ma preparare i taralli pugliesi \u00e8 pi\u00f9 semplice di quanto pensiate!<\/p>\n<p>Si conservano per lunghe settimane (se resistete a non agguantarli) in un vaso di vetro a chiusura ermetica e sono ottimi come snack o per aprire una cena, accompagnandoli con sott&#8217;oli o salumi.<\/p>\n<p>Naturalmente potete aromatizzarli come preferite, quindi massima libert\u00e0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 gr di farina 00<\/p>\n<p>200 ml di vino bianco<\/p>\n<p>125 ml di olio evo<\/p>\n<p>un cucchiaino di sale<\/p>\n<p>peperoncino o pepe, o semi di finocchio o di sesamo o di lino<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Impastate la farina con l&#8217;olio, il sale e il vino bianco aggiungendo a piacere l&#8217;aroma che preferite (per esempio, peperoncino o pepe un cucchiaino, semi vari un cucchiaio) e lavorate l&#8217;impasto finch\u00e8 sia omogeneo.<\/p>\n<p>Prendete dei piccoli pezzi di impasto e formate dei salamini sottili lunghi circa 10 cm, poi chiudeteli dando la tradizionale forma del tarallo sovrapponendo le estremit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Fate bollire pochi taralli per volta in acqua non salata finch\u00e8 non risalgono.
