{"id":1097,"date":"2012-06-29T19:09:02","date_gmt":"2012-06-29T19:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gingerforbreakfast.it\/?p=1097"},"modified":"2018-04-16T09:16:25","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T07:16:25","slug":"lestate-in-un-bicchiere-ovvero-albicocche-allo-sciroppo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gingerforbreakfast.it\/blog\/lestate-in-un-bicchiere-ovvero-albicocche-allo-sciroppo\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;ESTATE IN UN BICCHIERE ovvero ALBICOCCHE ALLO SCIROPPO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ecco un&#8217;idea per gustare uno dei frutti pi\u00f9 succulenti dell&#8217;estate per tutto il resto dell&#8217;anno: <strong>albicocche allo sciroppo!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provate questa ricetta e sperimentate altri aromi con cui insaporire il gustosissimo sciroppo in cui le albicocche sono immerse, in base alle vostre preferenze.<\/p>\n<p>Questa delizia si prepara in un lampo, \u00e8 semplicissima e vi coccoler\u00e0 nelle fredde sere invernali facendovi fare un tuffo nelle vostre merende estive lungo il bagnasciuga.<\/p>\n<p>Allora\u2026sciroppate!<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALBICOCCHE SCIROPPATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg di albicocche<\/p>\n<p>2 lt di acqua<\/p>\n<p>400 g di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>1 stecca di cannella<\/p>\n<p>1 limone, il succo e la buccia<\/p>\n<p>5 chiodi di garofano<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROCEDIMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fate bollire l\u2019acqua con lo zucchero, la cannella, i chiodi di garofano, il succo e la scorza del limone \u2013 a cui avrete tolto la parte bianca &#8211;\u00a0 per 5 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Lasciate raffreddare lo sciroppo.<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo lavate e asciugate bene le albicocche senza sbucciarle, levate il nocciolo e tagliatele a quarti se sono grosse, se no lasciatele a met\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Invasate le albicocche e copritele con lo sciroppo raffreddato e filtrato fino a ricoprirle completamente.<\/p>\n<p>Chiudete ermeticamente i vasetti, riempite una grossa pentola di acqua fredda e inserite i vasetti che devono essere coperti completamente dall\u2019acqua e portate a bollore.
